A limited area around our premises is under video surveillance. The purpose is to prevent and investigate any crimes in order to guarantee the safety of employees and visitors and protect the company’s assets. The legal basis is that the processing is necessary for our legitimate interest to fulfill this purpose. Recorded material is automatically deleted after one month. A longer storage period may occur for specific material that is deemed necessary for a specific purpose in a particular case. In these cases, the material is deleted when the need has ceased. Manual review of the recorded material is only done if necessary. The recorded material may be disclosed to the Police or another authority as part of an investigation into a crime or if we have a legal obligation to provide the material.
