The Annual General Meeting will be held on the 10th of April 2024.

On the same day, we will also hold a digital Shareholder Meeting. We will present our Q1 report and talk about the AGM, and it should also be seen as an opportunity to ask questions to our team. If you would like to submit questions in advance, or if you cannot attend the meeting, you can send your question to shareholders@polynominvest.se. We will record the meeting so that shareholders who cannot attend live can watch it later. The Shareholder Meeting will be held at 8:00 PM on the same day. OUTCOME OF THE ISSUANCE OF B SHARES

Polynom has now completed its issuance of B shares, welcoming 33 new shareholders. Additionally, 485 existing shareholders increased their investments. The total subscription for the issuance amounted to approximately 23.9 million Swedish kronor. Once all payments are received, the issuance will be concluded (registered with the Companies Registration Office) and then transferred to each individual depot at Strivo by the issuing institution Nordic Issuing. Polynomdagen 2023

Over the weekend, we had the Polynom Day 2023 featuring workshops/inspirational lectures with, among others, Per Håkan Börjesson, Günther Mårder, Jan Bolmeson, and Elisabeth Svensson, an “Ask Me Anything” session with the Polynom team, coffee breaks, an after-work event with mingle food and a DJ, participation in a live podcast recording with none other than Mohammed Salih, also known as the Instagram phenomenon “Mohammed’s Journey to a Million,” the opportunity to meet Jan Bolmeson (from the popular platform RikaTillsammans) and Elisabeth Svensson (founder of RikaKvinnor), as well as interesting individuals from the finance industry. It was fantastic to see so many co-owners at Helio/Svenska Hus, where we also have our office at Kungsgatan 6.

Polynom move office to Svenska Hus!

As part of cost-saving efforts, we have moved to new premises at Kungsgatan 6 in Malmö. Despite the lower rent, they are actually significantly larger than the old ones, which provides great development opportunities in the future.

CEO, Mats Lind, welcomes the move.

Starting from June 1st, our office will be located at Kungsgatan 6, 211 49 Malmö.
