Polynom has now completed its issuance of B shares, welcoming 33 new shareholders. Additionally, 485 existing shareholders increased their investments. The total subscription for the issuance amounted to approximately 23.9 million Swedish kronor. Once all payments are received, the issuance will be concluded (registered with the Companies Registration Office) and then transferred to each individual depot at Strivo by the issuing institution Nordic Issuing. However, due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, this is expected to occur in 2024. Did you miss out? Register HERE to find out about next share issue.

Polynomdagen 2023

Over the weekend, we had the Polynom Day 2023 featuring workshops/inspirational lectures with, among others, Per Håkan Börjesson, Günther Mårder, Jan Bolmeson, and Elisabeth Svensson, an “Ask Me Anything” session with the Polynom team, coffee breaks, an after-work event with mingle food and a DJ, participation in a live podcast recording with none other than Mohammed Salih, also known as the Instagram phenomenon “Mohammed’s Journey to a Million,” the opportunity to meet Jan Bolmeson (from the popular platform RikaTillsammans) and Elisabeth Svensson (founder of RikaKvinnor), as well as interesting individuals from the finance industry. It was fantastic to see so many co-owners at Helio/Svenska Hus, where we also have our office at Kungsgatan 6.

Polynom move office to Svenska Hus!

As part of cost-saving efforts, we have moved to new premises at Kungsgatan 6 in Malmö. Despite the lower rent, they are actually significantly larger than the old ones, which provides great development opportunities in the future.

CEO, Mats Lind, welcomes the move.

It feels good to have a modern office at a lower cost than at High Court. Our company has matured, and we have used the downturn to clean up and make things nice, so now the team is looking forward to a fresh start. With a new office, we have good conditions for the future.

— Mats Lind, CEO

Starting from June 1st, our office will be located at Kungsgatan 6, 211 49 Malmö.

Niklas Danaliv, founder and CEO Polynom Investment AB (publ) since 2017, stays with Polynom, but hands the CEO role to Mats Lind

Niklas Danaliv has with great success both created and led the company through a cultural journey, developing Polynom’s strong brand, which is something the company carries into the future.

To take Polynom to the next level in an ever-changing world, the board is pleased to announce that Mats Lind, an experienced leader and an integral part of the company, will take over the role as the new Chief Operating Officer in our ongoing journey. The board also wants to take this opportunity to thank Niklas Danaliv for his contributions as CEO. We are also very grateful that Niklas will remain, both on the board and in the company, focusing on investment analysis, investor relations, education, and further building Polynom’s extensive network. We look forward to continued good cooperation!” says Caroline Ekman, Chairman of the Board.

Niklas Danaliv: “After many years of education in finance and wealth management, I am proud to have created an investment company that is inclusive, as well as long-term, profitable, educational, and enjoyable. I now look forward to focusing on the areas that are particularly close to my heart.

Mats Lind has worked in the finance industry for nearly 30 years, both in New York and London. For the past year, he has been active at Polynom. “I am very pleased to take on this leading role in Polynom’s exciting growth journey.
